When Piku star Deepika Padukone came forward and spoke about her depression, some stood by her side in support, while some called it a gimmick to grab attention and moved on.
During an interview, Ranbir Kapoor was asked about Deepika’s fight with depression “I didn’t know about Deepika’s depression at all. I have no idea. It depends from person to person.
When an actor talks about something, you have to understand, they’re sometimes role models, they can inspire people. When an actor talks about something, it always has to come from the intention of wanting to improve somebody else’s life or mental health or problem or disability,” Ranbir said.
Soon we’ll get to see Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone share screen space in Imtiaz Ali’s Tamasha.
